Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a key part in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about creating meaningful connections that contribute to long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and market trends
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite is a plus
