We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a key part in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research and outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and market trends
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite is a plus
