Responsibilities:

  • Making calls to potential or existing customers.
  • Explaining products or services, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Handling objections and negotiating to close sales.
  • Recording customer information and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Following up on leads or previous conversations.
  • Meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Providing excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree is mandatory 
  • Excellent verbal communication in Urdu
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Active listening
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection
